Baby sleep can be tricky. Every child is different and every parent has a different perspective on how to help their baby to sleep. This sleep consultation + plan is right for you if your baby is experiencing:
- Difficulty falling (and staying) asleep at bedtime
- Frequent or lengthy night time wakes
- Early, early mornings
- Short or difficult naps
- Overall frustration and fatigue due to inconsistent sleep patterns
During this virtual sleep program, we will create a sleep plan that considers your baby’s age, stage of development and feeding requirements, as well as your family’s hopes and dreams for sleep.
It includes an initial assessment, a 1.5 hour consultation to review options and create a customized, holistic plan to improve your baby’s sleep, two weeks of sleep tracking and analysis, and 3 regular check-ins together to discuss your baby’s progress.
By the end of our time together, bedtime will be a calm and loving experience, your baby will be sleeping peacefully, and you will feel well-rested and confident to navigate your child's sleep now and into the future.
